Hello Sir I Have Urine Infection Last One Year. I

Hello sir
I have urine infection last one year. I have done my all test, like uti , ultrasound, and culture. and report was ok. cluture report said no aerobic pyogenic organism grown.
I Was not able to release urine properly, Mostly I used to sit in toilet for half an hour , but cant relase properly, feel so much pain&itching in my private part. and this infection was not continuously , when it get start , it will remain only for an hour and two hour, aftr that I am ok

Please sir help me , I need your Help....
