Hello Sir!, I Started Getting Scarchy Near The Chinese And

Hello sir!, I started getting scarchy near the Chinese and neck, in a while it spread to my arms,thighs. I went to see the doctor and was given a dose of dyprofos 5 mg, but 2 hrs later it spread on to the legs, pls explain what could be the problem, it is do itchy.
