Hello Sir... I Suffer With Sneezing ,watery Nosee Just After

Hello sir...
I suffer with sneezing ,watery nosee just after bath or dust contacts since 2 years .. in this period i take medicines suggest by doctor antihistamine antibiotics azithromycin some times with prednisolone .. with these i feel well but just leave that my problems has started... Some previous days i meet nocturnal attacks of asthma .. i cant sleep in supine position all night spent on chair sit with horror of dyspnoea ... That attacks r nt come regular.. but from 3-4 old days i meet regular thats mild to moderate lever with sneezing wheezing dyspnoa cough and rare thing i see that my feet suffer with fungal infection small pin points like apperance ...
Sir please adviced me that what i do ?
