Why Have I Had A Fever For Over A Year With Chest Chills, Throat Discomfort, And Sensitivity To Cold Despite Medication?

Hello sir , I m suffering from fever for more than one year l have consulted many doctors and have all tests done. I feel cold in the chest area and use to drink boiled water and bath with hot water even in summer. But I easily get goosebumps, chills when I touch water or I m in cold environment.I feel like my throat is freezed from inside. I m taking different medicines but not feeling good.
