Hello sir,
My age is nov 1976 (39) got married sep 2013 after 10 months of my marriage diagnosed I am a hiv positive but my husband is negative from that day we are not in a physical relationship he is very co-oparative now I want to conceive thru iui ,my all the reports is normal my hsg is also normal my cd4 count is also so good ,need your advice to maintain cd4 and the iui will be safe for me and my baby .Pls advice where we can do iui for best results with affordable price pls guide any fertility center in Mumbai .
