Hello Sir, My Father Gone Throgh ECG Test Today As

Hello sir,
My father gone throgh ECG test today as that reports tells Vent.Rate 94 bpm,QRS duration 80ms,QT/QTCc 324/405 ms,PR interval 124 ms,P duration 106 ms,RR interval 638 ms,P-R-T axes 69 48 71.
poor data quality,Interpretation may be adversely affected,Normal sius rhythm,Possible Left atrial enlargement ,Nonspecific ST abnormality,abnormal ECG..
This is what there in report.What is a problem may i know .Please any one help me through this.Scared
