Hello sir! My name is Sunny. I am from Hisar Haryana. I think I have a psychological problem. My problem is that I can't speak properly in public. My throat chokes and nerves of the brain stretches. I create the the future scene in my head and thinks I'll make a negative impression. I have no idea why it happens. It happened rarely but now it is getting regular. I am not able to concentrate on anything. It is affecting me negatively.
