Hello sir,
My son is 4yrs old he wz complaining abt stomach ache since last two days, whereas i took him to doctr, he said he's having food infection & prescribed Sr.ANAFORTON, also he's suffering from cough & cold too so also suggested coriminic & salrogyl sr along with that. ANAFORTON asked to continue for 2days for stomach ache. But still my child is complaining of stomach ache.....can you plz suggest shall i continue with this treatment.
