Hello Sir, The Clinical Symptom Is Coughing Since 2 Month
Hello sir,
The clinical symptom is coughing since 2 month and around 5 to 6 kg weight loss in a span of 1 year.
The mutux test is positive with 26mm reading
IgE is 52.60
ESR is 27
Sputum for AFB is not DEtected
s.g.p.t and s.g.o.t is normal
Multislice CT scan of chest shows few 8 to 12 mm prevascular pretracheal lymphnodes other parameter normal.
should we go for t.b treatment
