Hello sir , actually i wanna know what happens after first time sex like i had my first time recently but the other day my glans got reddish and red spot on it like it burns and pains alot and cuz of that pain i do get erection but cum count is less compared to before sex when i used to masturbate now i don t even get orgasm just because of the pain and irritation.
