Hello Sir, Had Sex ,after 1 Month I Got Little

Hello sir,
had sex ,after 1 month i got little numph size 1cm occure in my neck , it happens to twice staying 5 days then gonautomaticaaly gone, and eye irretation also happened can't say I exactly its eye erretation or other but something wrong but after 3 days it gone. till now i didn't face any other hiv sympthms problem , please tell me what is it mean, i am very scared
