Hello Sir/madam, I've Been Suffering From Alopecia Areata Since 4

Hello sir/madam,
I've been suffering from alopecia areata since 4 years. I've tried many medications but they dont seem to work. I get bald patches and those areas are slightly inflamed and projected outward, though I do not have any irritation. I have observed that the patches are retracing the same path and their rate increases whenever I've had my manly pleasure. I just want to know whether what I think is right or wrong. And please provide an explaination for what actually does this sort of hairfall?
