Hello Sir/madam, My Mother Had Skin Lesions Over Both Hands

Hello sir/madam, my mother had skin lesions over both hands from past one week, for which she had consulted a doctor and was diagnosed as milker's nodules(viral infection) as basically her occupation is agriculture and her close association with the cattle and bcoz of the location of lesions , she was given antibiotics for 5 days to prevent secondary bacterial infection and antihistamine. The lesions subsided gradually and now since yesterday she has developed multiple small papular like lesions over both the foot( dorsum) associated with severe itching. What could be the diagnosis and the line of treatment ??
