Hello Sir My Brother Is Suffering From Blisters From Three

Hello sir my brother is suffering from blisters from three months niw doctor told that it is pemphigus vulgaris and asked to get admitted fir two days for treatment. Where as an ayurvedic doctor told that it is a type of herpes and suggested not to admit since in english medicine they give steroids which has side effects and decease may reoccure. What should we do niw please help
