Hello Sir My Father In Law Was Diagnosed Cancer In

Hello sir my father in law was diagnosed cancer in esophagus... He underwent surgery last Monday.... After that his condition was again deteriorating then doc in rajiv Gandhi cancer hospital told that they will have to operate again as there was an infection. last Friday they operated again..now in morning he had a vomiting despite the fact he is kept on glucose no diet... Pls suggest what might be the situation
