Hello Sir My Husband Is Suffering Through Diabetes From Last

Hello sir my husband is suffering through diabetes from last 5 years, in the starting he was 85 kg but at sudden he started to loose weight and reached 50 kg.In the meantime we met the doctor and he informed about diabetes. Now he is 61 kg. weight is almost constant from the past 2 years.but there is fluctuation in sugar levels. He is using wosulin 30/70 with the medicine as prescribed by doctor.sometimes fasting is 200, 300 or only about 60. We are totally confused about it .kindly do the favour and suggest possible solution.Thanks
