Hello Sir, My Hydrocele Surgery Done 10 Years Ago And

Hello sir, my hydrocele surgery done 10 years ago and before surgery my right side is too much bigger. but after surgery to till that time my skin is lose and did not tighten specially in summer i feel very bad with the extra skin. So please guide me what i need to do. Does i need any other sugery to cut the extra skin or it will tightn with some medications.
