Hello Sir, My T3 And T4 Are In Normal Range

Hello sir, my t3 and t4 are in normal range but my tsh is high. I feel acidity and palpitation all the time. My echo test is normal. Rate of palpitation increases when lying on left side. In my blood test, value of sgot and sgpt is twice the last range of normal. Esr is 40. What is my problem? I am 30 year old and height 175 cm and weight 86 kg.
