Hello sir on 23/8/18 I met with an accident had been to a ortho he suggested for MRI the result was that their is a full thickness of ligament tear my doctor suggested to use a knee brace for two months and gave me some pain relief if the ligament tear does not heal shall go for a surgery but mean while my husband took me to Puttur treatment they said that it is possible treatment given without surgery is this true
