Hello Sir! Sir, My Mother Has Been Diagnosed With CSR

Hello sir!
sir, my mother has been diagnosed with CSR near to the central macula. A black hole appears in front of eye, this process repeats generally after a period since one and a half year.My mother also has been undergone with open heart surgery for the mitral valve replacement, a year ago. Presently, she has a metallic mitral valve. keeping in mind of her present situation, should we prefer to have laser photocoagulation or photodynamic therapy for the treatment of her CSR.
