Hello Sir This Is Prasanna I Am Suffering From Typhoid

Hello sir this is prasanna I am suffering from typhoid since three weeks Saturday I admitted in hospital there they given monosef injections for three days the fevervdecreased after that they gave monosef tablets. I am very thirsty I have to take water for every five minutes even the fever came down,why like this I am not getting, how long I will be like this. How many litres of liquids I should take daily pls advise me. As per my CBP the plate count was 3.8l but the count was fallen to 3.2l is this happens in typhoid also I am getting so much confusion pls advise me I am waiting for your answer
