Hello sir...my mother who is of 47 years of age her USG report reveal that she has a hypoechoic mass lesion measuring approx. 27×28 mm in anterior fundal region of uterine myometrium? What should I do now, whether surgery is necessary at this stage? Please guide me sir...she sometime feel pain around her abdomen..
