Hello, So I Am Only 16. For 5 Years I

Hello, so I am only 16. For 5 years i have been biting my cheeks at night. well for a few years i have had a few lumps/bumps show up on my cheeks back near my molars. I've started to get a few more of these. one of them is now turning a bit blue. they aren't open sores and are under the skin. also they don't usually hurt. i was curious because they seem to be worsening. and i was hoping to get any info if possible. something to note is that i have been under extreme stress for the past few years now.
