Hello So I Got My Tubes Tied A Year Ago

Hello so I got my tubes tied a year ago and me and my new bf have been having unprotected sex the past two months and now for the second cycle in a row I have had some bleeding between cycles and this time a had a big glob just fall out when I was in the bathroom.sorry for Tmi. I'm not cramping or anything. And it just started happening but I got my tubes tied a year ago and been having unprotected sex the whole time. Any answers on what's going on would be appreciated.
