Hello, So I Have This Weird Medical Issue Going On.

Hello, so I have this weird medical issue going on. If I stand up or just standing still or doing random things, I get very light headed and my vision gets like blurry greyish, I've passed out once and hit the ground hard but it's been happening for like about 1-2 years.
