Hello, So I Just Got My Tongue Pierced Two Days

Hello, so I just got my tongue pierced two days ago and everything has been fine. Cleaning with specialized mouthwash and peroxide, not sea salt water because I don't have any, and today there was a tiny bit of white discharge from the top, I cleaned, I've been rinsing after every time I ate, and everything was going fine until I just felt under my chin and noticed a kinda painful bump under my chin, like in the middle of the V of my jaw. It only hurts when I mess with it and it's only the size kof my finger tip. Any help? Please?
