Hello, So I Recently Noticed Some Bumps On My Scrotum,

Hello, so I recently noticed some bumps on my scrotum, zit like. I tried popping them, some of them popped, and for others all I did was irritate the area, there are only 5 of them. I didn't have them prior to going on deployment. But since I have been in Africa I have been sweating a lot more for long periods of time. I think that is what the bumps are from. I also haven't had sexual intercourse for many months and I don't believe it to be an std. What do ya think?
