Hello So I Think I'm Pregnant . So I Had

Hello so I think I'm pregnant . So I had sex first in October 18 n lost the baby got hit in my stomach I got pregnant again and I already had implantation bleeding then last month I didn't catch my period so this month I started to bleed again very light but I been stressing lately . Anyway while bleeding , I had sex it was light and didn't matter to my bf while having sex it hurted very bad I was in pain . Next day which was Saturday like the blood wasn't there it was gone then I been stressing lately but Saturday I was crying a lot as often I cry . Anyway so then my stomach started hurting a lot . Then I peed the pee got red ! But not period red but like dark but light red . Then I peed again clogs came out . Then i peed again more then I peed again something came out like a clog but it was big but I'm not sure if it was the baby I honestly don't know if I was . But yeah then I picked it up and it seemed like a baby . So after that I was bleeding yeah but it went away n now I'm bleeding again it's red tho it dosnt look like period blood at all . What do this mean or could mean ?
