Hello So I'm Not Sure If You Can Answer This

Hello so I'm not sure if you can answer this but I've been having issues with itchiness in the rectum area for a couple years now. I was embarrassed to get help cause I didn't know how to address the issue to a physician without it looking like I don't take care of myself; cause I do. Its almost intolerable to honest. Please help
