Hello So For Months Ive Been Having Throat Problems. Like

Hello so for months ive been having throat problems. Like i feel like my throat is swollen at time but for the past few days its been hurting a little when i swallow . The same with the roof of my mouth like by where the little bell in the back of the throat is. Im just worried because when i look down my throat with my cell phone light i see some barely notiaceble white patches. And im not talking about white patches in my tonsils im saying in the throat lining
