Hello, So For The Past Month I Have Been Getting

Hello, so for the past month I have been getting welts on my arms, legs and now face and ear. I am not for sure what is going on with me but everything I do is not helping. I was on an antibiotic because my wisdom teeth were coming in so my PCP thought I could have been allergic to that but after only taking it for 2 days I stopped and the welts stopped appearing. But just yesterday I was driving in my car and they appeared on my face and ear. What could be wrong or going on?
