Hello So I Currently Got Into An Accident A Few

Hello so i currently got into an accident a few days ago and i was sent to the hospital because i blacked out. I'm current;y in a neck brace and sling. I haven't been able to sleep well and i have been very nauseous and have really bad headaches and i also have gotten a few bloody noses and i haven't had a bloody nose in years. Should i be worried?
