Hello, So I Have One Canker Like Sore Near My

Hello, so i have one canker like sore near my clit and painful urination also pain during intercourse. I went to my obgyn yesterday because I thought I had a UTI, however I don't feel a sudden urge to urinate a lot and don't really have the symptoms of a UTI. I'm hoping this isn't herpes.. I've been with the same partner for almost a year now. I was recently diagnosed with psoriasis so idk if that could possibly play a part. My partner does ejaculate inside of me often and I use sanitary wipes often as well. I had a cultural done but won't find out the results for a week. Any ideas what this could be?!
