Hello, So I Overdosed Accidentally On A Birth Control Pill,

Hello, so i overdosed accidentally on a birth control pill, and during that overdose i had sex with my boyfriend. i started cramping, and feeling nauseous however the hospital i went to for the overdose said id have those symptoms because of the birth control overdose. i had suspicion that i was pregnant, so 3 days before my period pills i took a pregnancy test. it came out negative. i took another the day i took my first "period" pill. it also came out negative. so my doubts kind of went away, however i am now 4 days into my period pills and i havent started bleeding. am i pregnant, or is my period just late due to overdose on the birth control pills?
