Hello So My Husband Works With Cars And Often Has

Hello so my husband works with cars and often has his hands covered in various cleaners and he recently was working with brake fluid and afterwards he thought he washed it all off, but now his skin itches a lot and it looks wrinkly. Is that normal? What should we do to alleviate his symptoms?
