Hello, Starting This Morning I Noticed A Slight Tingling In

Hello, starting this morning I noticed a slight tingling in my upper right leg, located in the front, upper portion of my quadriceps/ groin area. It's pretty much constant with some short breaks. It feels like a phone vibrating in my pocket. Any thoughts?
