Hello, thank you for your help. I had ADR of my C3-C4 on 11/30/2015. I work as a bedside nurse on a heavy joint replacement floor and want return to work but I'm still having pain that increases with activities. How much can I realistically perform my duties without increasing the pain or risk of damaging the ADR? thank you.
