Hello, Thanks For Taking My Questions. A Couple Nights Ago

Hello, thanks for taking my questions. A couple nights ago my Peekapoo dog had an episode where she almost looked like she was having a seizure or stroke. We called our vet but they were closed and by the time we called the local pet hospital she had jumped off my lap and looked herself again. Today she is now shaking across most of her body and pretty lethargic. I gave her a new food from the same company a few days ago, could that be a factor?
