Hello, The Two Toes Next To My Pinky Toe Are

Hello, the two toes next to my pinky toe are locking up similar to a Charlie horse. They hurt it I try to put pressure down on my foot and if I try to straighten them out. Any clues as to what this might be? This has happened before but not to this degree, pain wise.
