Hello There, I Am In A Very Toxic Relationship. He

Hello there, I am in a very toxic relationship. He abuses me daily. Sometimes he gets physical with me and really hurts me. The verbal abuse and emotional abuse is killing me inside. He will ignore me for days at a time and then talk down and belittle me to the point that i would rather be dead than hear his putdowns. I never know when he will blow up on me for nothing. Of course i cry myself to sleep cuz he won't comfort me, just tell me how it is my fault that all these bad things happen. I am trying to find the courage to leave but im scared he will hurt me. Is there anyway to not show how bad his verbal abuse hurts ? Anyway to make him not use it if he doesn't get a response? Im so alone and it hurts. Thanks, Melissa.
