Hello There I Fell Down The Stairs Last Saturday Night

Hello there I fell down the stairs last Saturday night I cut my head and it has a bump there I went to A&E they looked at my head and said it was fine its now tursday and the bump on my head has now gone spongey is it anything to worry about ? Thank you for your time x
