Hello There; I Had A Concern That I Needed Answers

Hello there; I had a concern that I needed answers to. I have been on Tri-cyclen 28 for about 3 months now. I had sexual intercourse with my partner a week ago and I used the bathroom within the hour. That same evening I started bleeding a little bit. A week later I am still bleeding and it looks like I'm spotting. The blood does not have any distinct or foul smell and I have not noticed any other odd discharge. I am also not internally or externally in pain. I am also expected to get my period within the week. I don't know what to make of my situation.
