Hello There I Had A Question About Some Little Blister

Hello there I had a question about some little blister I got from masterbastion. I may think it's from the friction against the paper that cause heat blister on the foreskin. And there no pain, it feels normal and seems better then before but there a bit visible but it's a few not many all in a litte area. I just want to know what to do before meet up with my doctor. And do I need to visit a special doctor for the penis ? Or my primary care doctor and do something to help me. I also never had sex and I'm not addictive to masterbastion. I haven't done it. In a month because I wanted it to heal
