Hello There! I Have A Mild Redness Occurring Anally. There

Hello there! I have a mild redness occurring anally. There is no rash, no bumps, no hemorrhoids, no streaks of redness. Just a general slight redness that is causing me an itching sensation. I am wondering if this has something to do with the fact that I started a daily walk (30-minutes) about 3 weeks ago... it started shortly after I began this daily regimen. I tried zinc oxide ointment, and applied this for several days, but no change. I also tried hydrocortisone cream, for a few days and this did not help either, so each time, I just dried the area and applied some medicated powder with zinc oxide powder in it... but still no luck. Any suggestions for me? THANKS
