Hello There I Have Been Having Problems Now For Almost

Hello there I have been having problems now for almost three years my symptoms include vomiting on and off migraines,bloating,leg pain, fatigue and bloating I have had more then one blood test done basic for diabetes thyroid and blood counts it said I have a slight high cholesterol I can not take the pain Iam in anymore and find that my Drs are not helping me with my situation I don't know what else to do anymore I feel so much pain that it's hard to concentrate please help me thank you
