Hello There, I Have Had A Hysterectomy With Complications...scar Tissue

Hello there, I have had a Hysterectomy with complications...scar tissue was wrapped around my bladder and when removed after 5 hours of surgery my bladder muscles don't work and don't respond to detrol. Now I have to see a bladder specialist and I have to wait till jan. 29th 2015, I am wondering if there is a non surgical way to help with this?
