Hello There, I Made A Terrible Decision In My Lifting

Hello there, I made a terrible decision in my lifting career and I took steroids on Sunday. I am never going to do it again after seeing my blood pressure. An injection of 150 mgs of testosterone enanthate. 100 mg of trebolone enanthate , and 100 mg of masteron enanthate. Can I just walk away from this after 1 shot with no health problems , such as gyno, lack of ablity to produce my own testosterone? Or am I going to need to fix the estrogen problems now?
