Hello There, I Noticed I Have A Small Purple Dot

Hello there, I noticed I have a small purple dot on the shaft of my penis, it's not an abrasion or a zit, also I shave around my shaft and gentian area. Could this be a blood bruise or ingrown hair or something malignant or should I be worried ? Also would this be something associated with an std ?
