Hello There. I Recently Took A Sperm Test And Found

Hello there. I recently took a sperm test and found out there was Klebsiella Oxytoca in the sample. During the same time period, whenever I wake up, there is some sticky white substance in my mouth and also my eye fluids are getting sticky as well, only right after I wake up. Do you think klebsiella might be in my blood?
