Hello There! Is It Possible To Feel Tiny Small Hair-like

Hello there! Is it possible to feel tiny small hair-like threads off of your tongue if there is a chance of crystallized lungs? I have had yellow mucus at the base of my throat. I have had breathing issues after just walking a few steps. I am over-weight, but this breathing issue has been checked out by my doctors and all the testing seems to come out normal. I know there is an issue & it does slow me down with getting things done around my house. I have had dizziness upon rising from my bed as well as when I lie my head down. My ears do feel a bit full & my hearing could be better. I pull these tiny strands off of my tongue but they are so tiny I cannot even see them. I do feel them dragging off of my tongue when I use my fingers to get them off. Terrible terrible feeling!!!! This dizziness has been going on for over three weeks now. I have been out of state visiting my daughter. So I would rather see the doctor when I get back home at the end of next week. Please give me some feedback. Thanks! Brenda Wilson Age 61
